Refund policy

All Small Thrills orders are final sale. Because every bundle is assembled by hand and curated as a set, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or color preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

If a return is approved for a reason other than damage or an error on our part, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
